For the last several years we

various personnel administration systems with a focus on wage systems;
Examinations of
personnel restructuring;
Revisions of fair
personnel expenses and necessary personnel;
Restructuring of
affiliated companies' management;

conditions enabling professional managers to play a part in enterprises
through management buy-outs and management buy-ins offering new dimensions
for managerial capacity;
Establishing
conditions to rescue viable companies with a suitable enterprise structure;

conditions for combining restructuring with systems for helping to create
and develop already existing micro-companies;
